Leon Panetta, President-elect Obama's pick to head the Central Intelligence Agency, has been raising eyebrows since the story broke yesterday. As Guy Brookshire put it, "This comes as a surprise to everyone. No one has written, 'dark horse Leon Panetta.' This comes out of left field."
